A Xango Story. Here is my exciting testimony for my Xango-aide Fat Flush Program. As we all know, I have been trying to loss weight, since I stepped into a hole and tore my tendon in 2001. I could not walk in 2002 when I got off Vioxx after finishing medical school. We tried diets together and I've tried many - my old favorites like Atkins' high protein and low carb, Chinese style with fish and vegetables as well as supplements like fat burners and Hoodia natural appetite suppression. I lost a few pounds, but under stress, I always gained it back. I craved Chocolate and Cherry Garcia ice cream. Then Amenah gave me the Just add Xango-aide Program. Originally she told me to just add Xango to the old Lemonade Diet: one whole organic lemon - squeeze and include the fiber, 1/2 to 1 tsp of Organic Grade B Maple Syrup and a pinch of Cayenne, then pour in 2 to 4 oz of Xango into a empty 16+ oz bottle and add filtered water. I tried that for a few days and adjusted it a bit. I removed the Cayenne, because even a tiny weenie bit was too hot for me.
My results tell the story. I weighed 171 pounds in June 1, 2006 when I started. I lost 57 pounds; on December 31, 2006, I weighed 214 pounds. I ate what I wanted including our families great Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I imagined trim and myself already fit. I started my new eating lifestyle.
Here is my adjusted version:
All you need is Xango, an organic lemon, Green Tea Kombucha and an empty Xango bottle. That's it to - Flush that fat, mucus and toxic waste right down the toilet! See my Fountain of Youth System for more details. I use Xango brand mangosteen juice in my FOYS.
Some IMPORTANT NOTES:
A) Drink Xango-aide first thing in the morning, while tea is still hot or warm before you eat. It is okay to mix it with your herb drink and take it with your herbs or any other supplements.
B) DO NOT refrigerate Xango-aide or the Xango you are drinking during the day.
C) Drink Xango warm, at room temperature or heat it up and drink it hot. Cold drinks make you immune system work hard like it is under attack from a cold pathogen. Remember, your body is trying to maintain normal body temperature of around 98.6. Note: old plastic water bottles are a petroleum product and leach out petroleum into your water or drink after it is opened. If you re-use the bottle, (have you ever smelled one of those bottles after a few uses?) it contaminates the liquid in the bottle. Be warned and do not use them for Xango-aide.
Saquina’s Fat Flush Xango-aide Formula:
1) Brew one Yogi Tea brand - Green Tea KOMBUCHA in 4 cups of filtered water and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes. (Longer is better)
2) Put 4 oz of Xango in a Xango empty 25.35 glass bottle. (No plastic please)
Use 3 oz if you want 1 bottle to last a week on the program.
3) Squeeze 1 organic Lemon, put the juice with all the fiber in the bottle.
4) Pour Green Tea Kombucha into the Xango bottle (shack or swish it around to temper the bottle a few times as you pour in the hot tea so the glass won't get too hot and crack). Fill to the top with the tea.
5) Drink 8 oz of the Xango-aide while it is still hot. Drink the rest during the day. Finish it by 3PM. You need to get down your 8 oz of water.
6) Drink 8 oz of water each day. Fill up 2 Xango bottles with filtered water and they are your guide to how much water you have consumed for the day. That’s it!
7) Be prepared to go to the bathroom. Fat is mucus and often holds the toxic waste. You can't hold it with muscles. You may think you have diarrhea - you don't. Flush the toxic waste!
Kombucha and Green Tea is based on an ancient remedy for daily use. Kombucha is a natural antagonist for Candida and mucus. Most of us know the benefits of green tea with its excellent antioxidant properties. Kombucha kills Candida, Green Tea cleanses and Xango cleanse the Liver and Gallbladder and Xango "scrubs" the toxic waste (mucus, fat and inflammation) out of the body (blood, organs and cells). The water cleanses the Kidneys and the Urinary Bladder and flushes it out as urine and feces. Check it out in the toilet - you can see it - it floats to the top!
Be warned - if you don't drink enough water your body will still try to get rid of the waste and it may come out as mucus in your eyes, ears, throat or your skin. So drink plenty of water so you can flush it!
8) Effortless Weight Release. No Diet necessary. Eat for life. Eat for health. It is your new lifestyle. No gym necessary, but go if you like it. Lifestyle change in a fit and trim body included some basic daily meals: Breakfast: Traditions of Tao herb drink, roasted walnuts and a fresh fruit. For lunch I loved to make my Udon noodle soup with baby Bak Choy, Shitake Mushrooms, corn or baby corn, with 2 or 4 jumbo shrimp and for dinner added different veggies, more veggies and different seasoning to the basic soup. Enjoyed fresh squeezed juices: celery, cucumber and carrot mixed juice or alone and added beets or spinach. Sometimes I purchased veggie garden juices and shrimp or chicken fried rice with a soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant or dinner at mom’s (enjoyed whatever they cooked). On the weekend’s I ate what I wanted. After awhile I did not want lasagna, tiramisu, chocolates or ice cream anymore. I actually gave away all the chocolates, cookies and the Godiverxxx Liqueur gifts that I received at Christmas. I wanted carob-covered almonds or carob covered peanuts.
HOT TIPS!
I applied the "Laws of Attraction" and added it to the process to achieve effortless weight release. (We don't say weight loss in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), because a "lose" implies you want to find it and get it back. So in TCM we say weight release or give it away - maybe to someone who needs it more than you (smile)?
“The Law of Attraction” is simply you attract what you think. Your beliefs, thoughts, words, feelings and actions are all Qi or energy with information that create your reality. The law is the process by which the unmanifest, become the manifest. You and your life are a product of your beliefs, thoughts, words and feeling, which have manifested as your reality.
So, I became intentional in creating my new reality. I put a picture of how I wanted to look on several mirrors. I imagined myself already looking that way. I began to think of myself and see myself in that fit, trim body. I began to feel good about myself and eat like I was already fit and trim. However, if I felt like cake - I ate cake and enjoyed every minute of it. No diet, no guilt, no shame. I paid close attention to my words, which create a breath of Qi that comes back to me. When I made my prayers in the morning and meditated during the day and before going to sleep, I said: "I am grateful and love my body. I am fit and trim. All toxic waste, fat and mucus are released from my body down the toilet. I am happy, fit and trim and I eat for health. My diet is my lifestyle and I eat what I want in balance and harmony. I am getting younger by the day and I feel wonderful and look great. I am grateful and thankful for my health fit body. And So It Is - Bismalla."
9) Breath deep and Circulate Energy. Energy movement is just as important as food intake and a positive outlook. So move. Do some deep breathing movements to get the Qi or energy circulating to repair your digestive system. Try a few Qigong or Yoga movements. I just did a few Qigong movements. I did 6 from the Fountain of Youth book everyday. It took 5 minutes! I can show you if you like. One of them is a twirl. I showed the six movements to mom, Tamau, Khalil, and Fatima. To start - you can just do a twirl - like when you were a kid - around and around - clockwise with arms stretched out - three times, six, nine times or as many times as you can. Then increase the number every month. At first, I could only do 8, because I got dizzy. Now I do 33 twirls in an easy and relaxed manner.
In addition, go to your favorite places often - the beach, the mountains, the lake or the desert and do nothing. Just be. Be silent at least once a day and be happy. Also, find a big tree and sit under it as often as you can. Make it your friend and give it your stress. It will give you oxygen and it's Qi. Oh yes, and laugh more.
