FOOD THERAPY and Alternative Medicine
Inspired by The Secret, Michael Beckwith and the Law of Attraction, I documented my LOSS WEIGHT with XANGO brand mangosteen juice.
This is Food Therapy at it's best. I use an alternative medicine approach to weight loss.

I call it:
Loss Weight with Xango and the Law of Attraction.
MY XANGO-AIDE FORMULA:
1) Brew one Yogi Tea brand - Green Tea KOMBUCHA in 4 cups of filtered water and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes. (Longer is better)
2) Put 3 oz of Xango in a Xango empty 25.35 glass bottle. (No plastic please)
Use 3 oz if you want 1 bottle to last a week on the program and 4 oz if you want the formula to work faster.
3) Squeeze 1 organic Lemon, put the juice with all the fiber in a measuring cup.
4) Pour hot Green Tea Kombucha into the measuring cup with lemon juice. Pour into Xango bottle. (shack or swish it around to temper the bottle a few times as you pour in the hot tea - so the glass won't get too hot and crack). Fill to the top with the tea. Pour in any extra later after you drink your first cup.
5) Drink an 8 oz cup of the Xango-aide while it is still HOT. Drink the rest during the day. Finish it by 3PM.
6) Drink 8 - 8 oz GLASSES of WATER each day. Fill up 2 Xango bottles with filtered water and they are your guide to how much water you have consumed for the day. That’s it!
7) Be prepared to go to the bathroom. Fat is PHLEGM, mucus and often holds the toxic waste. You can't hold this waste with anus muscles. You may think you have diarrhea - you don't. It is toxic waste!
Be warned - if you don't drink enough water your body will still try to get rid of the waste and it may come out as mucus in your eyes, ears, throat or your skin. So drink plenty of water so you can flush it down the toilet!
8) This is a eating lifestyle. So Eat. Effortless Weight Release comes from a digestive system that is functioning propertly. No Diet necessary. Eat for life. Eat for health. It is your new lifestyle. No gym necessary, but go if you like it. Lifestyle change in a fit and trim body included some basic daily meals: Breakfast: Traditions of Tao herb drink, roasted walnuts and a fresh fruit. For lunch I loved to make my Udon noodle soup with baby Bak Choy, Shitake Mushrooms, corn or baby corn, with 2 or 4 jumbo Tiger shrimp and for dinner added lots of different veggies, and different seasoning to the basic soup - now it is a stew. I Enjoy fresh squeezed juices: celery, cucumber and carrot mixed juice or alone. I often add beets or spinach. Sometimes I purchased veggie garden juices and shrimp or chicken fried rice with a soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant (my fast food). Of course there is dinner at mom’s and enjoy whatever they cook). During the week I pay attention to my health and fit lifestyle. On the weekend’s I ate whatever I want. After awhile I did not want lasagna, tiramisu, chocolates or ice cream anymore. I actually gave away all the chocolates, cookies and the Godiver Liqueur gifts that I received at Christmas 2006. I wanted carob-covered almonds or carob covered peanuts instead.
HOT TIP - USE LAW OF ATTRACTION!
I applied the "Laws of Attraction" and added it to the process to achieve effortless weight release. (We don't say weight loss in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), because a "lose" implies you want to find it and get it back. So in TCM we say weight release or give it away - maybe to someone who needs it more than you (smile)?
“The Law of Attraction” is simply you attract what you think. Your beliefs, thoughts, words, feelings and actions are all "Qi" (Chi) or energy with information that create your reality. The law is the process by which the unmanifest, become the manifest. You and your life are a product of your beliefs, thoughts, words and feeling, which have manifested as your reality. You have control of this Qi.
So, I became INTENTIONAL in creating my new reality of a fit and trim body. I put a picture of how I wanted to look on several mirrors. I pulled out a pair of jeans that I had not worn in 5 years. I imagined myself already looking fit and trim and wearing the jeans. I began to think of myself and see myself in that fit, trim body everyday and then all day. I began to feel good about myself and began to eat like I was already fit and trim. However, if I felt like cake - I ate cake and enjoyed every minute of it. No diet, no guilt, no shame. I paid close attention to my words, which create a breath of Qi that comes back to me. When I made my prayers in the morning and meditated just before going to sleep and upon awakening I said: "In the realm of infinite possibilities there are unlimited opportunities and I am the source of pure potentiality. Something wonderful is unfolding for me." Right after my prayers and during the day, I said: "I am grateful and love my body. I am fit and trim. All toxic waste, fat and mucus are released from my body down the toilet. I am happy, fit and trim and I eat for health. My diet is my lifestyle and I eat what I want in balance and harmony. I am getting younger by the day and I feel wonderful and look great. I am grateful and thankful for my healthy fit body. And So It Is - Bismalla."
9) Don't forget to breath. Breath deep and circulate Energy. Energy movement is just as important as food intake according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a positive attitude and outlook is "Qi". So breath and move. Do some deep breathing movements to get the Qi or energy circulating to repair your digestive system. Try something new - a few Qigong or Yoga movements. I do Tai Chi every morning and just a few Qigong movements during the day. I did six movement from the Fountain of Youth book everyday. It took 5 minutes! I can show you if you like. One of them is a twirl. I showed the six movements to mom, Tamau, Khalil, and Fatima. To start - you can just do a twirl - like when you were a kid - around and around - clockwise with arms stretched out - three times, six, nine times or as many times as you can. Then increase the number every month. At first, I could only do 8, because I got dizzy. Now I do 33 twirls in an easy and relaxed manner.
In addition, go to your favorite places often - the beach, the mountains, the lake or the desert and do nothing. Just BE. Be silent at least once a day. Be happy all day. (Happiness is sourced from within.) Also, find a big tree and sit under it as often as you can. Make it your friend and give it your stress. It will give you oxygen and it's Qi. Oh yes, and LAUGH more. Buy or rent funny DVD's and just laugh. Have FUN - Life is wonderful.
