I AM SORRY

PLEASE FORGIVE ME

THANK YOU

Ho’oponopono is a form of energy healing and mirrors Quantum Medicine, because both are energy medicines of consciousness, thought, mind, awareness, attention, focus, intention and pure potentiality. It is pronounced Ho'-o-pono-pono and is an ancient Hawaiian forgiveness practice of reconciliation.

Ho’oponopono basically means to make right. It is a self care, self improvement technique to help one bring about positive changes in your life. It is a form of Quantum Medicine. I call it Quantum Meditation, because it is so simple, so easy and has to do with ones pure potentiality, consciousness, thought, mind, awareness, attention, focus and intention. One can say it in their mind in meditation or out loud in practice of self-development. I promise you, if you put this energy healing practice into daily life you will turn all negative aspects sabotaging you into positives energy affirming you.

Ho’oponopono basically means to make right and is about complete freedom from ones past. It allows one to step into a clearing and keep the clearing free of negative energy. The first time I heard of this energy healing technique called Ho'oponopono was in the book by Dr. Joe Vitale (featured in The Secret) and Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, titled Zero Limits. This book is one of the most powerful books I have ever read.

Zero Limits explains the true story of the unusual therapist who helped heal an entire ward of mentally ill criminals without seeing any of them. Vitale tells an amazing story of how it was used to make this powerful transformation even though no one believed it was possible.

The Hawaiian therapist Dr. Len taught this new perspective of accepting total responsibility of everything in ones life; responsibility for ourselves and everything that comes into our awareness. He states that if we notice it, we created it and it is ours to claim whether we believe it or not. Within the pages Dr. Len's eveals the cause for everything that happens to you, and how to clean negative energy from within so you can re-connect and merge with the Divine.

HO'OPONOPONO

Zero Limits by Joe Vitale and Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len

"Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved."

By using this ancient practice you can literally transform your life in a very short space of time. You can put your focus, attention and intention on transforming any and all negative aspects in your life into positive manifestations. This method can be used by anyone, on anything or anyone. You simple put your focus and attention on the situation or circumstance you would like to transform in life and repeat the following with intention:

I Love You

I’m Sorry

Please Forgive Me

Thank You

That's It. Repeat in your mind or out loud. You will instantly feel empowered by the positive shift within you. Your energy will instantly change. I recommend reading Zero Limits by Joe Vitale. I started pracicing this technique right away and experienced the benefits immediately.

Alternative Medicine and Energy Healing - G Therapy

G Therapy is a new integrative approach to medicine combining Western Medicine and Alternative Medicine. G Therapy draws it's insights from the principles and theories of Ayurveda Medicine, Homeopathy and Neurophysiology.

Research on G Therapy was led by Drs. Gunvant Oswal and Pooja Upasani operating in India. It is a pioneering medical treatment for a variety of Neuro-developmental disorders and neurological conditions, including autism, cerebral palsy, mental stress and dis-ease, Down's Syndrome as well as, a range of other chronic conditions.

The treatment consists of a combination of pharmacoepia-based medicines derived from herbal remedies and body salts. Today management of such patients mainly depends upon assistive technology – speech therapy, behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, symptomatic drug therapy for convulsions, involuntary movements etc. and surgery for corrective measures. So far there is no drug therapy available to improve motor functions and higher cortical functions of the brain. G Therapy has shown significant improvements in these conditions in about 70% of patients.

Quantum Medicine is a form of energy work and mirrors Chinese Medicine simply using the language of Quantum Physics. Both are the energy medicines of pure potentiality, consciousness, thought, mind, awareness, attention, focus and intention.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is a form of energy work just as acupuncture is a form of energy work. Acupuncture has become valued by practitioners of Western Medicine, the concept of Qi/Chi (energy) and its circulation in the human body has steadily gained recognition and acceptance from both physicians and the public. Quantum Medicine uses energy as does Chinese Medicine in distant healing.

From the scientific perspective, Qi is defined as “bioelectricity” circulating in the human body, and Qi Gong helps to circulate, manipulate and free impaired or stagnant energy. Qi Gong has been proven to address a wide range of health problems such as arthritis, poor circulation, high blood pressure and cancer in conjunction with western medical protocols.

Quantum Medicine is available to everyone.

DISTANT HEALING and QI GONG

Distant Healing is a form of Qi Gong, which is a Chinese word that translates into Qi or energy work. Qi is the fundamental life force that permeates all things. Qi connects and animates everything in the universe. When the flow of Qi is in balance and harmony we have perfect health. When the flow of Qi is impaired we have dis-ease; Qi Gong is an ancient energy medicine and alternative energy healing system that has been used for centuries to help with many health conditions. Qi Gong is the art and science of Qi. Using Qi or energy in distant healing, in breathing, in body movements, mind and meditation to cleanse, balance, strengthen and circulate Qi – the vital life energy and Blood.

Distance Healing is also known as remote healing, long distance healing and absent healing and have been practiced in the Far East for centuries. Today it is practiced worldwide under different names and there are numerous scientific articles in China that show the effectiveness of Qi Gong and Distant Healing. In more modern times many modalities of distant healing are being researched, recognized and practices are being clinically studied in places such as in California at Pacific Medical Center and the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

Many people in the East and West practice Qigong and various forms of Distant Healing because of the potential in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits they receive from practicing. Reports of reduced stress and pain, increase stamina, productivity, creativity as well calm and balance the emotions. Chinese practitioners believe that practicing Qi Gong will benefit anyone in maintaining balance and harmony, boosting the immune system, preventing disease and promoting well-being and longevity.

Distant Healing sessions work to correct energetic imbalances in one's vital life force or bio-field. It is used in other forms of energy work as in Reiki and Chakra Therapy. The Chakras are cleared and energized to help the vital life force system and promote Chakra balancing. The acupuncture meridians, Chakras and other subtle channels are infused with Qi, light and energy to energize and transform the whole energy system. Sessions can affect all areas of one's being, mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. The techniques are also use in Prayer Therapy and Distant Healing can be applied to animals as well.

A quote:

“One night he was pressed for time and did something that was new to me. He asked a group of about twenty patients to sit down and concentrate on their illness. Then he began to meditate, projecting his Qi on the group for about fifteen minutes. Suddenly some of the people began to laugh while others began to cry. They spoke of sensations that were like electrical charges inside their bodies. Others said they could feel things move inside of them. Almost everyone came away filled with vitality, as though each person had been recharged with life.

I was in we of what I saw. It was as though he were pulling energy from the universe and transmitting it to those who needed it. One night after he left I told my mother that I was stunned by what I saw this man do.” (The Healing Art of Qi Gong; Master Hong Liu with Paul Perry)

CHAKRA THERAPY

The people called Aryans, who entered India on chariots, wrote the Vedas, which is the oldest written tradition in India. The word Chakra means, “wheel” and the term refer to the wheels of the Aryans’ chariots – these were their first healers and writers. The story goes on that the God Vishnu descended down to earth, and those who first saw the god noticed that he had four arms, and was holding within them a chakra or wheel, a flower (a lotus flower to be precise), a conch shell, and a club.

The yoga Upanishads uses the chakras as what they refer to as “psychic centers of consciousness” and so the charkas became a central part of yoga philosophy in the 7th century, and continue to today.

The Role of Chakras
The yoga Upanishads uses the chakras as psychic centers of consciousness and had become a central part of yoga philosophy by the 7th century.

“The Serpent Power” (Avalon, 1919), was the first book to translate chakras for Western use, or the 10th century text “Gorakshashatakam” which is the original instruction book for working with both crystals and chakras together as healing tools.

Chakra Therapy use crystals to ground, balance, center, protect, run and transform ones energy. The Chakra System also uses Aromatheraphy, Color Theraphy, Nature Therapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Reflexology as well. It is easy to learn and one can increase energy levels by using basic Chakra meditation and crystal placement.

The Getting to Know Yourself
The main purpose in working with charkas is to integrate mind, body and spirit to create wholeness within ones self. The goal of understanding chakras is to become centered, balanced and in alignment with self and other beings. It is a means to guide one in the realization of unlimited potential and abundance. This system also relates to Taoist and Quantum Physics. Everything is made of (Qi) energy and is sustained by (Qi) energy. We are our atoms; we are our organs and our chemical physiology all with their unique systems. We do not end at our skin and our body is an energy system constantly changing that is affected by and affects the energy around us – the Quantum field. The magnetic energy that surrounds our body is called an “aura”. This aura is created by the energy of the charkas. Charkas are energy centers that open and close like the lens of a camera, receiving and sending information and life force energy. There are nine chakras: The Foot Chakras root to earth for grounding oneself, the Hand Chakras are the seat of creative energy and used for communicating and healing. The main Chakras are connected to the “energy channel” and correspond with particular body organs, psychological patterns and emotional responses. Gemstones and crystals are use on the energy centers for their transformational qualities. For example for, Agate stone has many transformational qualities and works well on 1st Chakra, because of its grounding energy, Black Tourmaline drives away fear and negativity, Red Coral brings stability and balance to the emotions, Red Jasper is a powerful healer for the physical body; strengthens blood and enhances vitality, while Garnet strengthens, purifies, dispels negativity and reduces feelings of insecurity. They all work well for 1st Chakra Therpy.

The Seven Main Energy Centers
There are seven basic chakras, starting with level one the Root Chakra in the groin area and working up to the seventh at the crown of your head. The following is a simple reference to the colors, placement of crystal, and what healing and increased energy you can expect from each point. The following represent the 1st through 7th Chakra:

1) The Root Chakra. Sometimes called the “survival” Chakra. Physical identity, earth, grounding, and self-preservation are governed by first Chakra, located at the base of the spine. This Chakra is our body’s foundation and is related to the sense of survival, grounding into the earth, money and abundance. Thoughts and beliefs are filtered, influenced and even obscured by our past, environment, traditions, race, education, religion etc. Beliefs regarding “survival” are associated with parents, “family scars, tribal mind, and concerned with love and loyalty. “Love, being confused with obligation to the tribe: “If you really loved me, you’d come visit your family and me more often.” Cording is an energy attachment and in 1st Chakra relates to emotional issues such as, “Help me survive.” “Emotional issues include: lack of commitment, operating out of fear, need for safety and security, and unfinished issues with parents. Health Issues: Sciatica, varicose veins, chronic low back pain, rectal tumors or cancer.” (Diemer, 13) Childhood programming can be re-evaluated, released and replaced with your own set of beliefs that reflect who you are today and serve you now. Working with 1st Chakra results in forgiveness, health, and a sense of grounding and security. The Color Therapy is red and Garnet stone is an excellent choice for this Chakra. Garnet strengthens and energizes the body and increases circulation. Place it on the tail bone when working with 1st Chakra.

2) Spleen Chakra. Located in the lower abdomen to navel area near the lower back, is concerned with day-to-day physical aspects of living and relating to others. Did you learn healthy relationship skills or dysfunctional ways of relating? It contains stored memories of how you related with others. We learn and experience relationships from parents, family and environment. The emotional identity represents sex, passion, creativity, and self-gratification. Emotional upsets, feeling, sensation, and issues such as self-confidence, self-respect, self-control, trust and authority issues can be addressed through 2nd Chakra. Needy vibrations can be drained and victim perceptions can be removed. “Health Issues: Sexual dysfunction, reproductive disorders, hemorrhoids, prostate and bladder problems” (Diemer, 14) manifest from blocked energy in 2nd Chakra. The Color Therapy is clear orange used to stimulate and renew energy. Working with this Chakra results in a greater depth of feelings, relationships, balance and the ability to accept change. Use gold stones, a Gold Topaz, a Carnelian, Hematite or tiger’s eye when working with 2nd Chakra.

3) Solar Plexus Chakra. This Chakra the Center and Bridge between the Spleen and Heart Chakras, is the “distribution point for psychic energy and located above the navel area and below the chest. The yellow Chakra is a powerful Chakra that rules will, personal power, self-control, self-esteem and metabolism. It represents fire, ego identity, and how we perceive others. Blocked 3rd Chakra energy creates challenges integrating the heart emotion and sexual emotion, feeling cold and distant or being out of control. Emotional issues include fear of assuming responsibility, making decisions or intimidation. Health problems include digestive problems, indigestion, bulimia and ulcers.” (Diemer, 15) Yellow Color Therpahy warms, invigorates and relaxes. When a golden hue is added, it becomes a potent healing vibration. Use Amber or Citrine stones for a positive influence on the digestive system when working with this Chakra to clean out your energy field, regain control of yourself and your life, to respond rather than react to others, and to help ground you to respect the character and differences of others.

4) Heart Chakra. The center of the entire Chakra system it resides in the center of the chest near the heart. It is the Chakra of love, affinity, compassion and oneness with universal divine unconditional love. It connects the lower three physical Chakras, emotional centers to the higher mental and spiritual Chakra centers. It is the middle of the seven and represents love, self-acceptance, social identity, and air. Mind and body, male and female are represented here, and a healthy heart Chakra opens the doors of kindness and equality, compassion, peace, and centeredness. Emotional issues are grief, criticism, bitterness, and inability to give love or inability to receive love. Health issues manifest as Heart problems, emotional instability, breast cancer and lung cancer. Color Therpahy is Green to promote regenerataion and serenity. Use Emerald to strengthen the immune system, heart, liver, kidney and nervous systems. Use green Aventurine to release anxiety or Malachite stone for to balance all three levels; mental emotiona and physical and for weight loss. Open the 4th Chakra and fill yourself up with your own acceptance, unconditional love and validation. See the results in renewed joy, freedom, and serenity, as well as new creative energy flowing with clarity from your higher self.

5) Throat Chakra. Blue 5th Chakra is located in the throat at the base of the larynx, and the Chakra of communication, inspiration and self-expression. It is the energy center through which you receive your inner guidance to follow your path and fulfil your dreams. It is the bridge between the heart and the mind and holds the wisdom of the heart. It is an important chakra to speak your truth and to experience the world through the use of vibration. Emotional issues with self expression, following one’s dreams and powert to create your own reality in the physical world are associated with the 5th Chakra. Health issues may be “stuttering, chronic sore throat or TMJ (temporomandibular joint problems).” (Diemer, 16) The Color Therapy is blue opening you up to spiritual insights and truths. Working with this Chakra results in creative expression and clarity to communicate with your higher self, Higher Power and hear its guidance. Use Blue Topaz to enhance mental clarity and emotional healing or the Sodalite, which balances Yin and Yang (or female and male polarities within) when working with 5th Chakra.

6) Third Eye Chakra. The brow Chakra is located in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows. It is violet or indigo blue and often referred to as the “third eye” Chakra. It is clairvoyant energy center of intuition, insight and vision. It is about archetypal identity (achieving work/life balance), light, and self-reflection; and is related to being able to awaken your imagination, to visualize and see a different perspective or see a deeper meaning for the higher good. Emotional issues may be fear of being vunerable, pensiveness, anxiety or inability to learn from life experiences, that is being involved in the same dysfunctional relationships, the same boring job or repeated health problems due to lifestyle decisions and poor choices. Health issues may arise as “eye problems, blindness, deafness, brain tumors, or mental confusion.” (Diemer, 16) The Violet Color Therapy opens the Chakra up for extrasensory perceptions. Working with 6th Chakra opens the third eye and allows one to see the truth, to embrace a holist view, see the big picture, tune up the intuitive and to see beyond the physical or intellect. Indigo blue opens and purifies the Chakra, while violet opens abilities for extrasensory perception. An Amethyst cleanse and renews all levels on consciousness, while the Lapis Lazuli stone “enhances psychic abilities and communication with your Higher Self” (Diemer,136). Have some fun and try them for this Chakra.

7) Crown Chakra. The purple Chakra of the crown, is located on the top of the head called the “soft spot” in babies or Du20 in Chinese Medicine. It governs innate knowing, thought, universal identity, consciousness and pure intuition. This Chakra is the source of divine inspiration and divine creativity. It is the visionary center and must be open for all Chakras to integrate. It promotes healing, innate knowledge, wisdom, and a deeper understanding ourselves, of others and of our place in the universe. Emotional issues may be inability to trust life or its abundance, lack of inspiration or issues with giving generously. Health issues may be loss of “free will, paralysis, muscular system and nervous system diseases (multiple sclerosis and Lou Gehrig’s disease)” (Diemer, 18) When meditating, sit with a the stone of your choice on this spot, and during the rest of the day, wear it under your a cap. Quartz crystal or Diamond intensifies and activates the healing vibrations and power of 7th Chakra.

BIOFEEDBACK

Biofeedback is a process for monitoring a body function such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure and altering that function through relaxation or imagery.

Biofeedback is essentially a training system or means to reinforce positive new habits, especially new ways of responding to Stress.

Biofeedback is a treatment technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using signals from their bodies. Physical therapists for example, use Biofeedback to help stroke victims regain movement in paralyzed muscles. Psychologists use it to help tense and anxious clients learn to relax. Specialists in many fields use biofeedback to help their patients or clients cope with pain.

Through the verification of positive changes in Stress markers, clients learn to respond in a different manner to their Stressors. Focusing on positive and constructive thought one can reduce the probability of anxiety and stress related diseases.

Classic Biofeedback is essentially a one-way ‘read only’ system ‘feeding back’ to the client information on a variety of Stress indicators, including blood pressure, galvanic skin responses or brainwave activity. Standard Biofeedback is a time-tested and proven system to assist clients in Stress reduction.

Biofeedback monitors a physiological process, such as:
    • electrical activity in muscle cells
    • blood flow to hands or feet
    • heart rate
    • blood pressure
    • breathing rate
    • electrical activity in the brain

Changes in any of these physiological processes can be translated by the biofeedback instrument into signals, such as:

    • lights that blink
    • tones that change in pitch
    • video displays such as graphs or pictures

The biofeedback therapist is specially trained to help you understand the meaning of this "feedback." The biofeedback therapist will also teach you muscle relaxation exercises, deep breathing, and visualization techniques that can be helpful in learning to change your physiological reactions. Together, you can find the relaxation methods that work for you.

Practice is important in learning new skills. As one improves relaxation skills through daily practice may experience physiological changes such as lower blood pressure, tension relief, better sleep or stress relief.

Conditions for which biofeedback may be helpful include:

    • migraine headaches
    • tension headaches
    • anxiety
    • essential hypertension
    • injury-related muscle strain
    • irritable bowel
    • TMJ pain
    • asthma
    • chronic pain
    • insomnia

Biofeedback does not "cure" a disease. Instead, persons using biofeedback learn to reduce symptoms and learn to recognize and minimize recurring patterns of stress by learning to remain calm and relaxed.

Scientists are just determining how it all works through a different medical approach - Quantum medicine. It is well documented that biofeedback does, in fact, teach patients how to control seemingly involuntary conditions of the nervous and circulatory systems.

In the 1960’s laboratory experiments were conducted to examine research subject’s brain wave activity, blood pressure, and other functions of the body, which are under normal situations, are not controlled voluntarily. The outcomes of these experiments was hoped to increase creativity at will-by a person being able to change their own brain patterns-or even more importantly, the ability to decrease ones own blood pressure, making prescription blood pressure medication unnecessary. Although this hope was found to be unrealistic, due to too many variables, it was recorded that biofeedback can help with other conditions such as chronic pain and stress reduction. Hence, the term biofeedback was born.

Quantum Biofeedback represents the major step in the evolution of standard or ‘classic’ Biofeedback. Quantum Biofeedback, on the other hand, recognizes that many of our Stressors lie below our conscious awareness, and can be lodged not only in the unconscious mind, but also in the various energetic systems in the body. We are energy at our source level. So we see that with Quantum Biofeedback, we are looking at an expanded relation of the body that includes information, consciousness and mind; not just as a physical system, but also being comprised of a number of energetic systems that must be taken into account for a truly comprehensive picture of how Stress is affecting us. As well as ‘feeding back’ to the client valuable data based on the subtle energetic reactions of the body to a variety of potential Stressors the practitioner in Quantum Biofeedback also has the option to instantaneously balance aberrant or dysfunctional Stress patterns, thus giving the client an ‘energetic boost’ in the direction of true Relaxation and Stress Reduction. Homeostasis, or the body’s natural balance, is the outcome of effective Stress Reduction.

Thank you for your insight and contribution on Biofeedback:

Acupuncture is all about Qi/Chi or energy manipulation and the theory of the Channels/meridians and Collaterals. The acupuncture procedure is to insert and manipulate Qi/Chi or energy with needles in various points on the body called meridians or channels.

Channels and collaterals is a translation of the Chinese term jingluo, Jing has a geographical connotation and means a channel, like a water channel or longitude. Using the image of a tree, the collaterals are like the trunk and the channel network would be the branches. Meridians or channels generally run longitudinally through the body at a relatively deep level, and connect with the internal Zang Fu (Zong Foo). Specifically they comprise the twelve primary channels, the eight extraordinary vessels and the twelve divergent channels. Luo means ‘to attach’ or ‘a net’, and refers to the finer branches of the channel network which are more superficial and interconnect the trunk and main branches jing, the connective tissues and cutaneous region. The study of the channels in Traditional Chinese Medicine can be said to be the equivalent of the study of anatomy in Western medicine.

Chinese medicine pays little attention to the physical structure of the interior of the body or references to the shape and location of the internal organs called Zang Fu in classical texts are few and very brief. Furthermore, there was no study of the distribution of the nerves, or the origin and insertion of the muscles. Traditional Chinese medicine does, however describe in minute detail the pathways of the wide variety of channels that serve to circulate the Qi/Chi (Chee) or energy and Blood to every part of the body. The channels penetrate the Zang Fu and the Extraordinary Fu in the deepest levels of the body and connect with the skin, muscles, flesh, tendons, and bones, the head, body and limbs, and the sense organs, linking all the tissues and structures of the body into an integrated whole. Some say the ancients could see or experience the meridians as one can see or experience an aura.

In Acupuncture the insertion of very fine needles just under the skin into specific point locations along the Meridians or energy pathways are used to manipulate Qi, to regulate Qi, to unblock Qi stagnation, to relieve pain and to restore balance and harmony to the body.

Stimulating an acupuncture point by any means, whether by needling, application of heat (moxibustion), pressure (acupressure), massage Tui'na (Twee Na) or cupping all comes under the purview of acupuncture. Through acupuncture, it is said that any points on the body can be stimulated in order to unblock, regulate or redirect Qi. If it is not on the Channel and there is pain - it is called an Ashi Point.

Acupuncture needles are very different than hypodermic needles. Nothing is injected into the body. The needles are very fine and very flexible, and can barely be felt when inserted (unless there is Qi stagnation - you can feel that).

Acupuncture for the most part does not hurt. Some people may experience a discomfort in certain areas of the body. There is clinical evidence that many types of pain can be treated with acupuncture. In Chinese Medicine any pathogenic factor or disharmony can be addressed. The common cold, flu, headaches, migraines, immune system deficiencies, diabetes, joint pain, low back pain and stress are just a few of the factors that can be treated using acupuncture.

The philosophy of Tao (Dao), Yin (In) and Yang (Yong), must be understood in order to understand acupuncture. Tao is part of the culture in China, the way of life in Chinese Medicine and the foundation in acupuncture. Tao advocates living in moderation, and striving for balance with nature. The Chinese believe that moderation is the key to living a long life, and use acupuncture to balance the body, harmonize the emotions and calm the spirit to maintain health and to bring into balance ill health.

Qi is the life force which is found in every thing, both human and non human. It is the Qi that moves the wave in the ocean and allows the flower to turn toward the sun. From the breath of Qi - Zong Qi to the Qi circulating in the Blood - Xai Qi and the Wei Qi circulating just beneath skin in the Immune System – Qi permeates throughout the entire body. It is the movement of Qi that creates the sensation brought about by acupuncture that you will not want to miss. It feels like an energy flowing, as if you could hear it, but not really. When the acupuncturist takes the needles out of your body you can almost feel the Qi moving, it feels like a thread being pulled from your leg, or foot, or wherever the needle is being drawn out from. Acupuncture is a very calming experience. Simply, stimulating Qi using needles restores the flow of Qi in your body.

The Yin-Yang Theory is based on the philosophical construct of two polar opposites that complement each other. Yin and Yang, are the basic elements of life, when these two opposing forces are in balance we are at peace, and in harmony with all that is. In balance and harmony we remain centered under stress and are much more likely to let things slide. We can respond to situation instead of reacting to situations. When we are out of balance we are easily irritated and frustrated, regardless if the concern or problem is large or small. We exhibit excess in emotions displaying arrogance, pride and impatience with others. Other excesses manifest in anger, grief or excessive lifestyle, which eat away at our Jing. When the emotions run amok or are depressed we create stress, illness and become sick.

All that exists within nature is divided into Yin and Yang. For example, the mountain is Yang and the sea is Yin; acupuncture is Yang and herbs are Yin; one cannot know light without knowing darkness; and one cannot appreciate joy unless one has known sadness. In Chinese Medicine “dis-ease” or disharmony is the result of an imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body. The essence of Chinese Medicine is to help one seek balance of Yin and Yang within ones self and with ones environment. It is said that death is the breakdown of Yin and Yang.

We are made up of three elements – The Three Treasures, Qi (Chee) is your energy, Shen is your Spirit, and Jing is the Essence of life itself. Qi establishes the interconnectedness with everything in heaven and earth and is found humans and animals - in every cell, in the blood, in every organ system - heart, lungs, kidneys etc. and in oxygen. Shen is compared to ones Spirit. Shen is the Light - the heaven in ones being. It is the innate knowing and intuition. It can be seen as the light in one’s eye, experienced in the joy in ones heart, glows in the skin and is the vitality in ones life. Shen also relates to the mind in that it provides clarity in thought, vision, focus and the awareness of the self; related to the soul in that it provides purpose, conviction and direction; related to the emotions in the aspiration, inspiration and willpower and to the flesh as it relates to the direction of the five senses with clarity and intention.

Jing is the essence that helps us grow, develop, mature and reproduce. Jing is a precious essence used to create a baby and the essence spent during intercourse. It cannot be replaced - only nourished, as the Chinese believe that we are each born with a finite amount. Lose of Jing from malnutrition or a careless lifestyle can be nourished with herbs and acupuncture. Acupuncture can reduce the loss by balancing the Qi, or energy, helping to preserve Jing. It is said, when our Jing is used up, we die.

Acupuncture is often used in conjunction with herbal therapy. Acupuncture treatment works with Yang, because it comes from outside the body and goes inside (the act of inserting the needle), while herbal therapies are considered to be Yin because they move throughout the interior of the body.

While acupuncture is primarily known for eliminating or control pain, acupuncture can benefit a host of other illnesses, such as respiratory ailments (asthma), cataracts, hiccups, ulcers, migraines, and toothache, just to name a very few.

The truth is that all ailments can be improved or alleviated with acupuncture - from Alzheimer’s, alcoholism, and addictions to chronic pain. There are acupuncture points in the ear, called auricular-acupuncture, which can also treat the entire body and help alleviate cravings of all addictive behaviours, acute withdrawal from alcoholism and of course pain.

Western medicine is beginning to concede to acupuncture for its use in alleviating chronic pain, such as neck and back, which a lot of westerners suffer from. Western medicine is only now beginning to accept the fact that acupuncture can also be used to help anxiety and chronic fatigue, and more and more medical insurances are beginning to cover acupuncture. This information is meant to be informative only, and does not go into the details that acupuncture deserves; please see a practitioner of Chinese medicine for more information.

Qi/Chi or energy is at the heart of our existence and all of the therapies presented in this series have to do with using Energy Therapy to improve our lives by balancing and restoring the "life force" energy in the health of all of our systems from organs and tissues to re-balancing or restoring deficient Qi.

Healing the body with energy has been around for centuries, notably it is what we use in Chinese Medicine an ancient medicine rooted in Taoism . Qi/Chi is the vital force energy in all things including humans. Traditional Chinese Medicine can explain how Qi/Chi or vital force energy works, but can not explain it through the language of modern science.

Quantum Medicine is a new form of medicine, which synthesizes quantum theory with Eastern Taoist philosophy in order to explain "vital force" energy or Qi/Chi in the human experience. It uses the same consciousness just a different language. Regardless, of the language used energy healing works!

Most symptoms, aliments or illness are "Lifestyle" diseases caused by dis-stress, leading to dis-ease, which is the cause of 80 to 90% of disease or metabolic imbalance in the body.

Fatigue, stress, lack of energy, poor diet, obesity, muscle overexertion from excessive exercise and a host of other symptoms bring overwhelming health concerns that can lead to chronic diseases as in heart or muscle disease. No matter the cause, the effects are real and can seriously impact quality of life. Whether it’s pain, a heart patient, an athlete, or simply a grandparent wanting to spend quality time with the grandchildren, the amount and quality of energy determines how we feel and how well we can handle and respond to the activities, obstacles and challenges of everyday life.

There are many methods that have shown their results by way of different applications that impact the metabolic health of millions worldwide all using Qi/Chi or energy as the healing source. I invite you to try a few alternative techniques from A to Z.

ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE A to Z - INTRODUCTION

Alternative Medicine or “alternative healing” comes from ancient medical wisdom and developed over time. All primitive cultures and societies have some method of treating pain and ailments. Some invented methods using instruments made of stone and perfected the use to fine needles, some used herbs and shrubs to provide relief, others used a mud or clay paste, while others used ice packs, hot water bottles, and massage – all these methods are a form of medicine as they relieve pain and other ailments. These alternative methods are not used by Western Medicine hence they fall under the category of alternative medicine. Be it called Holistic medicine, Natural medicine, Complementary medicine, or Integrated medicine, they are all aspects of alternative medicine. The some of the more common alternative therapies include acupuncture, acupressure, aromatherapy, ayurveda, biofeedback, charka therapy, homeopathy, massage therapy, music therapy, hypnosis, meditation, naturopathy, nutritional therapy, qi gong, reflexology, reiki, tai chi, yoga. The objective of alternative medicine is twofold: prevention and to bring the body back into balance and harmony.

Alternative medicine has survived through the years for one reason. It works. The theory of alternative medicine has been ridiculed throughout the centuries by WCM, but the fact remains that these remedies, therapies and treatments work. They may not work as fast as drugs or surgery, but they do work. Holistically and naturally these treatments work without adverse side effects. These types of treatments can be beneficial for most people to put the body, mind, spirit, soul and emotions back in balance, harmony and wellness, if given a chance. Try a few of the techniques and therapies you will be pleasantry surprised at the benefits and results.

LAW OF ATTRACTION and ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

“We are unlimited beings…we have no ceilings.”

The Secret

- Michael Beckwith

FOOD THERAPY and Alternative Medicine

Inspired by The Secret, Michael Beckwith and the Law of Attraction, I documented my LOSS WEIGHT with XANGO brand mangosteen juice.

This is Food Therapy at it's best. I use an alternative medicine approach to weight loss.

"Let Food be your medicine and medicine be your food." - Hippocrates

I call it:
Loss Weight with Xango and the Law of Attraction.

MY XANGO-AIDE FORMULA:
1) Brew one Yogi Tea brand - Green Tea KOMBUCHA in 4 cups of filtered water and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes. (Longer is better)

2) Put 3 oz of Xango in a Xango empty 25.35 glass bottle. (No plastic please)
Use 3 oz if you want 1 bottle to last a week on the program and 4 oz if you want the formula to work faster.

3) Squeeze 1 organic Lemon, put the juice with all the fiber in a measuring cup.

4) Pour hot Green Tea Kombucha into the measuring cup with lemon juice. Pour into Xango bottle. (shack or swish it around to temper the bottle a few times as you pour in the hot tea - so the glass won't get too hot and crack). Fill to the top with the tea. Pour in any extra later after you drink your first cup.

5) Drink an 8 oz cup of the Xango-aide while it is still HOT. Drink the rest during the day. Finish it by 3PM.

6) Drink 8 - 8 oz GLASSES of WATER each day. Fill up 2 Xango bottles with filtered water and they are your guide to how much water you have consumed for the day. That’s it!

7) Be prepared to go to the bathroom. Fat is PHLEGM, mucus and often holds the toxic waste. You can't hold this waste with anus muscles. You may think you have diarrhea - you don't. It is toxic waste!

Be warned - if you don't drink enough water your body will still try to get rid of the waste and it may come out as mucus in your eyes, ears, throat or your skin. So drink plenty of water so you can flush it down the toilet!

8) This is a eating lifestyle. So Eat. Effortless Weight Release comes from a digestive system that is functioning propertly. No Diet necessary. Eat for life. Eat for health. It is your new lifestyle. No gym necessary, but go if you like it. Lifestyle change in a fit and trim body included some basic daily meals: Breakfast: Traditions of Tao herb drink, roasted walnuts and a fresh fruit. For lunch I loved to make my Udon noodle soup with baby Bak Choy, Shitake Mushrooms, corn or baby corn, with 2 or 4 jumbo Tiger shrimp and for dinner added lots of different veggies, and different seasoning to the basic soup - now it is a stew. I Enjoy fresh squeezed juices: celery, cucumber and carrot mixed juice or alone. I often add beets or spinach. Sometimes I purchased veggie garden juices and shrimp or chicken fried rice with a soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant (my fast food). Of course there is dinner at mom’s and enjoy whatever they cook). During the week I pay attention to my health and fit lifestyle. On the weekend’s I ate whatever I want. After awhile I did not want lasagna, tiramisu, chocolates or ice cream anymore. I actually gave away all the chocolates, cookies and the Godiver Liqueur gifts that I received at Christmas 2006. I wanted carob-covered almonds or carob covered peanuts instead.

HOT TIP - USE LAW OF ATTRACTION!
I applied the "Laws of Attraction" and added it to the process to achieve effortless weight release. (We don't say weight loss in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), because a "lose" implies you want to find it and get it back. So in TCM we say weight release or give it away - maybe to someone who needs it more than you (smile)?

“The Law of Attraction” is simply you attract what you think. Your beliefs, thoughts, words, feelings and actions are all "Qi" (Chi) or energy with information that create your reality. The law is the process by which the unmanifest, become the manifest. You and your life are a product of your beliefs, thoughts, words and feeling, which have manifested as your reality. You have control of this Qi.

So, I became INTENTIONAL in creating my new reality of a fit and trim body. I put a picture of how I wanted to look on several mirrors. I pulled out a pair of jeans that I had not worn in 5 years. I imagined myself already looking fit and trim and wearing the jeans. I began to think of myself and see myself in that fit, trim body everyday and then all day. I began to feel good about myself and began to eat like I was already fit and trim. However, if I felt like cake - I ate cake and enjoyed every minute of it. No diet, no guilt, no shame. I paid close attention to my words, which create a breath of Qi that comes back to me. When I made my prayers in the morning and meditated just before going to sleep and upon awakening I said: "In the realm of infinite possibilities there are unlimited opportunities and I am the source of pure potentiality. Something wonderful is unfolding for me." Right after my prayers and during the day, I said: "I am grateful and love my body. I am fit and trim. All toxic waste, fat and mucus are released from my body down the toilet. I am happy, fit and trim and I eat for health. My diet is my lifestyle and I eat what I want in balance and harmony. I am getting younger by the day and I feel wonderful and look great. I am grateful and thankful for my healthy fit body. And So It Is - Bismalla."

9) Don't forget to breath. Breath deep and circulate Energy. Energy movement is just as important as food intake according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a positive attitude and outlook is "Qi". So breath and move. Do some deep breathing movements to get the Qi or energy circulating to repair your digestive system. Try something new - a few Qigong or Yoga movements. I do Tai Chi every morning and just a few Qigong movements during the day. I did six movement from the Fountain of Youth book everyday. It took 5 minutes! I can show you if you like. One of them is a twirl. I showed the six movements to mom, Tamau, Khalil, and Fatima. To start - you can just do a twirl - like when you were a kid - around and around - clockwise with arms stretched out - three times, six, nine times or as many times as you can. Then increase the number every month. At first, I could only do 8, because I got dizzy. Now I do 33 twirls in an easy and relaxed manner.

In addition, go to your favorite places often - the beach, the mountains, the lake or the desert and do nothing. Just BE. Be silent at least once a day. Be happy all day. (Happiness is sourced from within.) Also, find a big tree and sit under it as often as you can. Make it your friend and give it your stress. It will give you oxygen and it's Qi. Oh yes, and LAUGH more. Buy or rent funny DVD's and just laugh. Have FUN - Life is wonderful.

A Xango Story. Here is my exciting testimony for my Xango-aide Fat Flush Program. As we all know, I have been trying to loss weight, since I stepped into a hole and tore my tendon in 2001. I could not walk in 2002 when I got off Vioxx after finishing medical school. We tried diets together and I've tried many - my old favorites like Atkins' high protein and low carb, Chinese style with fish and vegetables as well as supplements like fat burners and Hoodia natural appetite suppression. I lost a few pounds, but under stress, I always gained it back. I craved Chocolate and Cherry Garcia ice cream. Then Amenah gave me the Just add Xango-aide Program. Originally she told me to just add Xango to the old Lemonade Diet: one whole organic lemon - squeeze and include the fiber, 1/2 to 1 tsp of Organic Grade B Maple Syrup and a pinch of Cayenne, then pour in 2 to 4 oz of Xango into a empty 16+ oz bottle and add filtered water. I tried that for a few days and adjusted it a bit. I removed the Cayenne, because even a tiny weenie bit was too hot for me.

My results tell the story. I weighed 171 pounds in June 1, 2006 when I started. I lost 57 pounds; on December 31, 2006, I weighed 214 pounds. I ate what I wanted including our families great Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I imagined trim and myself already fit. I started my new eating lifestyle.

Here is my adjusted version:

All you need is Xango, an organic lemon, Green Tea Kombucha and an empty Xango bottle. That's it to - Flush that fat, mucus and toxic waste right down the toilet! See my Fountain of Youth System for more details. I use Xango brand mangosteen juice in my FOYS.

Some IMPORTANT NOTES:
A) Drink Xango-aide first thing in the morning, while tea is still hot or warm before you eat. It is okay to mix it with your herb drink and take it with your herbs or any other supplements.

B) DO NOT refrigerate Xango-aide or the Xango you are drinking during the day.

C) Drink Xango warm, at room temperature or heat it up and drink it hot. Cold drinks make you immune system work hard like it is under attack from a cold pathogen. Remember, your body is trying to maintain normal body temperature of around 98.6. Note: old plastic water bottles are a petroleum product and leach out petroleum into your water or drink after it is opened. If you re-use the bottle, (have you ever smelled one of those bottles after a few uses?) it contaminates the liquid in the bottle. Be warned and do not use them for Xango-aide.

Saquina’s Fat Flush Xango-aide Formula:
1) Brew one Yogi Tea brand - Green Tea KOMBUCHA in 4 cups of filtered water and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes. (Longer is better)

2) Put 4 oz of Xango in a Xango empty 25.35 glass bottle. (No plastic please)
Use 3 oz if you want 1 bottle to last a week on the program.

3) Squeeze 1 organic Lemon, put the juice with all the fiber in the bottle.

4) Pour Green Tea Kombucha into the Xango bottle (shack or swish it around to temper the bottle a few times as you pour in the hot tea so the glass won't get too hot and crack). Fill to the top with the tea.

5) Drink 8 oz of the Xango-aide while it is still hot. Drink the rest during the day. Finish it by 3PM. You need to get down your 8 oz of water.

6) Drink 8 oz of water each day. Fill up 2 Xango bottles with filtered water and they are your guide to how much water you have consumed for the day. That’s it!

7) Be prepared to go to the bathroom. Fat is mucus and often holds the toxic waste. You can't hold it with muscles. You may think you have diarrhea - you don't. Flush the toxic waste!

Kombucha and Green Tea is based on an ancient remedy for daily use. Kombucha is a natural antagonist for Candida and mucus. Most of us know the benefits of green tea with its excellent antioxidant properties. Kombucha kills Candida, Green Tea cleanses and Xango cleanse the Liver and Gallbladder and Xango "scrubs" the toxic waste (mucus, fat and inflammation) out of the body (blood, organs and cells). The water cleanses the Kidneys and the Urinary Bladder and flushes it out as urine and feces. Check it out in the toilet - you can see it - it floats to the top!

Be warned - if you don't drink enough water your body will still try to get rid of the waste and it may come out as mucus in your eyes, ears, throat or your skin. So drink plenty of water so you can flush it!

8) Effortless Weight Release. For lunch I loved to make my Udon noodle soup with baby Bak Choy, Shitake Mushrooms, corn or baby corn, with 2 or 4 jumbo shrimp and for dinner added different veggies, more veggies and different seasoning to the basic soup. Enjoyed fresh squeezed juices: celery, cucumber and carrot mixed juice or alone and added beets or spinach. HOT TIPS!

9) Breath deep and Circulate Energy. Energy movement is just as important as food intake and a positive outlook. So move. Do some deep breathing movements to get the Qi or energy circulating to repair your digestive system. Try a few Qigong or Yoga movements. I just did a few Qigong movements. THE TEN UNIVERSAL LAWS OF PROSPERITY. Have you ever wondered why some people have to work so hard and others breeze through life. What do happy, healthy and wealth people know that you don’t know? Have you ever wondered what is the true meaning of success – it isn’t just about money, because we all know of people that are rich and miserable, and people that have little money and are rich in spirit. Since the "Law of Attraction" is a hot topic (see www.thesecret.tv), it came to me to share a little on the subject of some of the natural laws of prosperity.

When I was a little girl I loved to watch people and I noticed happy people and their smiles, beautiful homes with pools and tennis courts and people on boats sailing in the middle of the day. I wondered what do they know that we don’t know. You see, my parents owned a business and worked hard. Our family business was open everyday, Monday through Sunday. My mother was also a D.J. on my dad’s radio show at night. I have four sisters and a brother and I had to get them up and get them ready for school in the morning and by the time I was twelve I could run my parents business. I was with my mother after school, went with her to pick up records for our record shop and worked in the store.

I loved being with my mom. My mother was amazing. She would get up and take up to school in the morning after coming home in the wee hours after the radio show. We were so grateful not to have to catch the bus to school, as my dad always had stories of how he walked 20 miles to school. He said we could walk a few miles to school! During Christmas and Easter my mother would sew all night to make beautiful dresses for us (not my brother, smile) to wear to church. I would stay up with her as long as I could, and wondered why she had to work so hard? My dad believed in hard work. He would always say that you had to work hard to get ahead in life. He was always stressed and my mother was always tired. What they didn’t know was a different belief system about money, work and the universal laws of prosperity.

I would like to share with you what I have learned about the principles of spiritual laws of success and how I have applied them in my life. It starts with our belief system, which generates our thoughts. Our thoughts feed our emotions, our attitudes and actions. First, let me give you the under lying belief system and the basic Ten Universal Law of Prosperity. Consider them and be open to new possibilities.

There are numerous books on the Universal Laws and Taoism has influenced me, the teachings of Master Hua-Ching Ni, Jack Canfield (author of Chicken Soup for the Soul) and other teachers and authors have made an impact on me relating to this subject. As a matter of fact, the movie The Secret is all about the "Law of Attraction" (www.thesecret.tv). Check it out.

I am presenting a belief system here and "The Ten Universal Laws of Prosperity" for you to consider and ponder. I will explain the belief system and each of the ten laws later, which are:

- The Law of Attraction – Your thoughts manifest your reality
- The Law of Pure Potentiality – You are the source of potential
- The Law of Effort – Be present with effortless acceptance
- The Law of Kharma – You reap what you sow/cause & effect
- The Law of Being – Being sourced by the Divine within
- The Law of Intention – Power to create your desires
- The Law of Giving – Give what you seek
- The Law of Detachment – You have infinite possibilities
- The Law of Dharma – Fulfilment of your purpose in life
- The Law of Love – Forgive and enfold yourself with love

Deepak Choppra explains seven of these laws in "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and "The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity" by Catherine Ponder uses Christian philosophy to beautifully explain 20 laws of prosperity.

These Universal Laws are rooted in ancient philosophies including Taoism, which states that all of creation, everything that exists in the physical world, is the result of the unmanifest (the unknown) transforming itself into the manifest (the known) and we perceive the results of the transformation as the visible.

The Universal Law is defined as the process by which the unmanifest becomes the manifest, where the observer becomes the observed, the seer becomes the scenery and the dreamer manifests the dream. (See Choppra, 4) This is the Supreme, Being. In Conversations with God, Neale Donald Walsch wrote the source of all creation is the Supreme, Being. So this is the Divinity Consciousness, being or in motion. Did you ponder that? I did. I found it to be profound.

Deepak Coopra stated that three components manifest as reality: the spirit, the mind and the body. Taoism uses different language. In Taoism one would say the source of all creation is the Universal Divine Spirit and the object of that creation is the Tao. There would be five components, which manifest as reality: the Shen/Spirit, Hun/Soul, Yi/Mind, Zhur/Emotions and the Po/Body. It doesn’t matter what language or symbols are used, it all come from the same Source: the field of pure potentiality, which is the Divine Spirit, the unmanifest. The physical laws of the universe are the process of the Universal Divine Spirit, the unmanifest in motion, or the Consciousness in motion. Are you still with me on this? When my son read this, he said it made his head hot and he had to take off his hat (smile).

Within this belief system are the laws of prosperity, so it all makes sense and that is why it is worth the time to give it some thought. If this is new to you, you don’t have to believe it. Just be open. Just ponder it for a while. When we understand the physical laws of the universe and learn how to apply them in our lives we become creators. Yes, you can create your own reality, because the same laws that natures uses to create the stars, the earth and a tree, as well as the human body, can be used to attract and manifest in our own realm of reality. We can actually create with our thoughts to fulfil our intentions and desires with effortless ease. That is what these laws are all about. In this belief system it is called the spiritual approach to abundance, success and prosperity, contrary to the physical approach that requires hard work, keeping your nose to the grind stone, hitting the ground running, drinking lots of cafĂ© Latte at the expense of your health, well-being and relationships, not the mention often at the expense of others.

This all is leading to the oneness of the universe. We are all one with the universe, therefore You are Me and I am You – simply in a different container and having a different life experience. I was first introduced to these concepts in my twenties, then again at Yo San University. It was just a concept and it went right over my head. I was exposed to it again and again by different people and books that can into my life. Now I’ve got it and it is my desire to impart it to you or at least plant the seed and you can water it – as you wish.

The Universal Laws are based on Qi or energy. It is all energy. Qi is energy with information and vibrations that exist in everything in the universe: a galaxy, a star and us. A star, a tree, or a human body is Qi or energy information vibrating at different frequencies. In this belief system our bodies are not separate from the energy of the universe and you are simply an energy wiggle in the larger quantum field, which makes you and I an extension of the universe. How awesome is that!

This is called the oneness of the universe and it is the energy that cannot be separated. God is the absolute energy experiencing itself as the relative energy. Yin is the unmanifest and Yang is the manifest. Consider this, space is not empty – it is the Supreme and everything else is the Being. Are you still with me - when my brother read this (he is a Muslim and an Imam) I believe his head got hot too, but he kept reading? (Thank you, Khalil)

So, there is only one consciousness in its essential nature and we are part of the energy in motion. You and I are part of the Divine Consciousness experiencing Itself through the universe, and though us. Each one of us is a singular consciousness within the universe and we experience the quantum field subjectively: as our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, memories, intuitions, intentions, desires, attitudes as well as through our five senses: see, hear, taste, touch, smell.

This is why the universal laws work for us. We can use our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, intentions, desires and five senses to create from infinite possibilities and unlimited opportunities. We can manifest and attract things, people and relationships into our lives. The fact is that you are doing it right now, but most of us do not know it. We do not know how powerful we are, so we live our lives from past memories, with low-grade hurt, pain and fears. It has been my experience that without knowing it, we become victims of our life decisions, frustrated over things that don’t go our way. Some of us still suffer from past experiences with guilt or blame. Most of us live our lives on autopilot reacting to events, situations and occurrences instead of responding situations and occurrences and creating events that we want to unfold in our lives. How do you create events?

Consider this, the Divine Consciousness is the Objective reality and we are the subjective reality. What that means is everything and everyone in our world or reality is a projection of our thoughts. In our reality there is only one source of consciousness. In your world, there is only one source of consciousness and that is “You” and your subjective projections on what is real, good or bad, as well as what is possible and what is not real or possible. In our world we observe things and others and place a meaning and value to the experience, therefore everything exist inside our own consciousness.

Now here it the miracle and how we can create our own events and reality. We house the Divine within us, yes, within our very own hearts. We can unleash the Divine Spirit within, which seeks to be fully manifested and fulfil a purpose in our lives. We can awaken our souls to direct our minds, emotions and flesh. We can experience of the miraculous and allow the Divine Spirit within us to unfold with it’s vision and purpose. Take a minute a look around you. Reflect on your experience in nature – your favourite place by the sea, on the mountain, in the desert or in space. We see the miraculous unfolding all around us. It is only our perception and point of view in what we perceive and believe.

How can you create from within? Be your observer. Start with observing yourself. Observe your mind, your emotions and your actions. Notice your thoughts, feelings and attitude about what you perceive. Don’t judge yourself, just observe. Notice the words that come out of your mouth. Later we can discuss how to open your eyes to a new realm of possibility. I say to myself, “Wake up. Pay attention.“ I opened my heart to all and let my love enfold and surround me. This is how I have awakened my soul and unleash your Spirit. I see the Divine Spirit in all things and everyone. I see the Divine in myself, and in you, in the blooming of a flower, in the hovering of a hummingbird and in the heavens. You and I are one. I recognize myself in you. And when we begin to recognize our own Divinity and experience our own life as a miraculous experience, something wonderful unfolds. We open the realm of infinite possibilities to become creators of our lives and manifest abundance in every aspect of our being – in spirit, mind, body, and emotions and in our very souls. This is a joy in our hearts and happiness in our souls. We create new opportunities for our lives in health, in relationships, in finances. We begin creating a wealthy spirit and prosperity unfolds for you and others - for the highest good of all. That is the true meaning of success.

Alternative Medicine and Energy Healing

The Principles of Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine
is concerned with Chi/Qi (Chee or Qi) Chi includes energy, information, frequency and vibrations. Chinese Medicine also focuses on changes of state of being, dynamic and psychic factors, and functions rather than substance. The observations of Chinese doctors are based on a person’s state of spirit (called Shen), state of mind, emotions, bodily functions, and change in those functions without reference to labels, diseases, virus, and bacteria or to the organs, nerves, or bloodstream. The observations of the states of the the spirit and emotions are very important as it reflects the state of the whole human being.

Chinese Medicine grew out of a different way of thinking than Western Medicine and it’s source is a different consciousness. The source of Chinese Medicine is the Tao and Taoism. In Eastern consciousness, both the known and the unknown are a reality. The Eastern consciousness moves toward a consciousness of meditation, revelation and observation. It echoes quantum physics, which is a “new paradigm – a unifying worldview that will integrate mind and spirit into science” (see Goswami, Ph.D.).

Quantum Medicine using principles from Quantum physics uses an alternative to the philosophy of material realism. Mind and matter rather than being separated are integrally part of one reality. In this new science the reality is not based on matter, but rather consciousness. Quantum physic is an integration of science and spirituality, which embraces the whole human being and is the new medicine of energy healing called Quantum Medicine. The centerpiece of this new paradigm is energy and this makes Quantum Medicine and energy healing medicine. Quantum Medicine is the recognition that modern science finally validates all of the an ancient natural alternative medicines, their concepts and ideas on energy – the idea that consciousness, not matter, is the source of all being and everything is energy.

Chinese Medicine is the results of a continuance on the same path of consciousness with refined ancient traditions. To understand any principle one must go to the source, and the source of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Taoism (pronounced Daoism). Chinese Medicine originates with the Taoist hermits or sages in ancient China. These hermits lived so long; the people began to think of them as “immortal”. They lived detached from the rest of the population, but within the community and practiced an ancient tradition filled with mysterious wonder and poetic charm, called Taoism.

THE TAO

From the Tao all the myriad objects derive their being, their illusory separateness being wrought by the interplay of Yin and Yang. The Tao is unknowable, vast, and eternal. It is the mother of the cosmos, an undifferentiated void, the container, the sustainer and the pure spirit permeating all things in the universe. As the goal of existence, it is the Way of Heaven, of earth, of man. No being, it is the source of Being. “Nothingness” is the name for it prior to the universe’s birth. “Being” is the name for it as the Mother of the Myriad Objects. Therefore, when you seek to comprehend its mystery, it is seen as an unending void; when you seek to behold its content, you see that it is being. When you have mastered the mysteries Taoism you can Ride the Dragon. (See Taoism – The Road to Immortality
John Blofeld)

TAOISM

Riding the Dragon was considered to be results of the life journey, an enlighten state, a spiritual and virtuous lifestyle whereby humans could transform and ascend from mortal state to an immortal state. Taoism is a treasure house of the ancient wisdom of the natural law, of oneness with the universe, exalted with mysticism and is the foundation of Chinese Medicine. Taoism is a philosophy that combines elements of folklore, art, sciences, cosmology, meditation, poetry, quietude, universal governing laws and an integral way living and of life. It is the cornerstone of Chinese Medicine and the source of the theories of Yin and Yang, The Three Treasures, the Five Elements and the rudimentary principle of Chinese consciousness, Chinese thinking and Chinese Medicine. Sages studied and practiced the traditions of Taoism.

Taoist mastered principles and practices, and handed them down through a family legacy from father to son, from generation to generation. It is this tradition that evolved into Chinese medicine over the centuries and Traditional Chinese Medicine today. Chinese Medicine was only one of many cultivated arts acquired by the ancient Taoists. Besides mastering Chinese Medicine, their studies also include subjects such as Astrology, Geomancy, physiognomy, palmistry, I Ching, Internal Alchemy, Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Life Charting as well as a host of other arts to numerous to mention here. A quote from the Yellow Emperor’s Classics illustrates this:

"Yin/Yang is the Way of heaven and earth,
The fundamental principle of the myriad things,
The father and mother of change and transformation,
The root of inception and destruction."

Alternative Medicine and Energy Healing

Traditional Chinese Medicine is an alternative medicine and an energy healing approach to health care. Chinese Medicine is concerned with changes of the state of Chi (Chee or Qi), dynamic and psychic factors, and functions rather than substance. The observations of Chinese doctors are based on a person’s state of Chi or energy, mind, bodily functions, and change in those functions without reference to labels of diseases, virus, and bacteria or to the organs, nerves, or bloodstream. The observations include the state of the emotions and the spirit - the whole human being. Chi or Qi is often translated as energy, however it is much more than that. Chi includes energy, information, frequency and vibrations.

Chinese Medicine grew out of a different way of thinking than Western Medicine and it’s source is a different consciousness. The source of Chinese Medicine is the Tao and Taoism. In Eastern consciousness, both the known and the unknown are a reality The Eastern consciousness moves toward a consciousness of meditation, revelation and observation. It echoes quantum physics, which is a “new paradigm – a unifying worldview that will integrate mind and spirit into science” (see Goswami, Ph.D.). Quantum physics uses an alternative to the philosophy of material realism. Mind and matter are integrally part of one reality, but a reality that is not based on matter, but rather consciousness. Quantum physic and Quantum medicine integrate science and spirituality, which embraces the whole human being. The centerpiece of this new science and medicine paradigm is the recognition that modern science that is, Quantum physics and Quantum medicine validates an ancient concept – the idea that consciousness, not matter, is the ground of all being.

Chinese Medicine is the results of a continuance on the same path of consciousness with refined ancient traditions. To understand any principal one must go to the source, and the source of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Taoism (pronounced Daoism). Traditional Chinese Medicine originates with the Taoist hermits or sages in ancient China.
